How do I get access to GritCycle On-Demand Videos?

Visit our website and purchase the GritCycle Live On-Demand Weekly Membership.  From there, you’ll receive an email with your login and password information. This will be unique to you! Your membership will renew once a week for six (6) weeks. If any questions about your account contact us

Do I need to repurchase the On-Demand Membership every week?

No. Our membership is set up to automatically renew once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks. If you need to cancel before the 6 weeks is up, shoot us an email to info@gritcycle.com.

How often are new videos added to the On-Demand Library?

We update our On-Demand library once a week on Monday mornings.

What types of workouts can I find in the On-Demand Library?

We offer 45-minute indoor cycling classes, one-song weight sequences for upper body toning, “Gritty Quicky” classes which are 30-minute indoor cycling classes, and a series of alternative, non-cycling workouts that are geared to help build your stamina on the bike.

Where else can I find GritCycle classes?

We offer complimentary 30 minute Gritty Quicky classes on Instagram LIVE Monday through Friday at 12:00PM PST. ClassPass also hosts LIVE GritCycle classes from their platforms. To see our classes on ClassPass, you can create an account on their website.

What should I expect in a cycle class from GritCycle?

Our classes are a heart-pounding, full-body dance party on a bike! Classes are 45 minutes long. Be prepared to sweat!

I am new to indoor cycling. Any tips?

Absolutely! Please watch this video on a few of the GritCycle basics. Don’t forget to make sure you have plenty of resistance on your wheel while riding.

Are the classes for all levels?

Yes! We are here to push you, but we also encourage you to listen to your body when you ride at GritCycle. If you are unable to do a certain move, don’t do it! If you need a break, take it! It is always a good idea to consult with a medical professional before starting a new workout routine.

What should I wear?

Any type of athletic clothing that you feel comfortable in is suitable, although we suggest pants that fit tight at the ankles and fabrics that are sweat wicking.
